Our Values
From initial feasibility through to ongoing compliance — we provide specialist support at every stage of your UK expansion.
The UK should be accessible to overseas companies that want to do business in the UK. Britannia Advisory’s role is simple: to make that possible and to make doing business in the UK as simple as doing business at home.
Our Guiding Vision
I want to see a world without unnecessary borders — a world where international trade flourishes and where living and working across countries is unhindered.
Why – because I believe that global mobility and properly governed international trade increase cohesion and long-term security. They reduce poverty, encourage the exchange of ideas, and create the conditions for fair and sustainable economic development and are thus prerequisites for mankind’s equitable development.
For these reasons, I established PG&E Professional Services Ltd — trading as Britannia Advisory — with a clear purpose: to bridge markets so that companies and entrepreneurs can do business in the UK as easily as they do at home.

About me
“My Role is to set direction, safeguard standards and ensure our work combines technical excellence with commercial realism”
As the founder of Britannia Advisory, my role is both strategic and outward facing. Internally, I operate in a chairman-like capacity — setting direction, safeguarding standards, and ensuring that our work combines technical excellence with commercial realism. Externally, I am often one of the first points of contact for new enquiries. My focus is to understand the broader strategic context of each client’s expansion and ensure that the advice and work that we deliver supports not just UK compliance, but long-term business objectives.
I’m an engineer by training, which means I am structured, analytical, and process driven. You can’t afford to build a bridge incorrectly — I apply that same philosophy to our work. Precision, quality, ethics and robustness are non-negotiable.
